Thinkpad X60 cheats

...it has 1.8GHz CPU, but the fan can not really handle the full power, so it forces slow down to 1GHz when you load the machine.

Except that 2.6.26.1 and 2.6.27-rc1 have broken passive cooling, so you get 128C in thermal zone 0 and critical shutdown. (128C is another instance of thinkpad cheating; it just invents that value when stuff gets too hot.)
